I was thinking the same thing. It's ugly enough to have been produced by either manufacturer.

No I haven't been in Bangkok, what have I missed?

Subaru was a guess, I thought it was probably a Japanese Kei car as it looked like a small Fiat, and you wouldn't be so straightforward to post a Fiat 500 unless there was something more obscure that was very similar.

I could equally have guessed, Suzuki, Honda, Daihatsu. etc, I was fishing for 'Yes, it's Japanese'.

It was on display at a Classic Car Show in Bangkok this past week.

That's my baby sock muppet. You want a list of what else is broken?
Full engine re-build several years back (~£3K) and has been locked up in my garage since.... not even turned over.
No use here mind you, couldn't hack the temperature.

Looks good for an old motor.
Keep it another 10 years and it'll be worth something, maybe even getting back it's original price.

http://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/vehicle/fo ... t_rs_turbo says there's less than 800 of them on the road, and if I remember right it was easy to take them off the road, usually into a tree.

Also worth more in a 1000 pieces....
I put an old escort in a tree one night... fortunately not an RS. A night I'd prefer to forget as the tree came off better.
