Is Liberace involved?

It’s none of my business what people say and think of me. I am what I am and do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything. It makes life so much easier.

Re: Car Challenge?
Richard has picked up a key meaning in the 'fag' clue. Here are two 'fag' clues.
DM is also on the right track, there is some dispute about how much design contribution came from Alan Oakley and how much came from the same design house that produce the lights in the original quiz photo.- dtaai-maai

The Raleigh chopper was inspired by the Easy Rider bike - a Harley Fat Boy?

Re: Car Challenge?
Getting colder now. The two 'fags' above were key to the name of the car, and the color scheme.
To avoid this turning into a cryptic history challenge type quiz, here's a full view of the car The badge on the front is visible, so with that badge, the 'fags' clues and the, let's say, joint designer of the Raleigh Chopper - what is this car ?

"leer" being a clue too, methinks. Aston Martin, but can't go further yet.

Re: Car Challenge?
Leer was a tiny clue that I didn't think anyone would notice.
It is the Ogle "Sotheby Special" Aston Martin DBS V8.
The 'fags' were Peter Wilson, ex-Chairman of Sotheby's who in an attempt to boost the auction house's visibility asked Imperial Tobacco (W.O.Wills) to produce a cigarette called the 'Sotheby Special' and in turn W.O.Wills paid for Ogle Design to design and build this car painted in the color scheme of the cigarette packet, dark green and gold.
It seem like they made two cars, one fuel injected and one with carbs, the dark one is the fuel injected 'Sotheby Special' liveried one and the red one is a carburetor fed V8 painted in Embassy red.
Ogle design also had a hand in the design of the original Raleigh Chopper, how much is disputed, but I'm not sure if I'd be desperate to be hailed as the designer of a bicycle that had a habit of crashing your head backwards into the ground and impaling your testicles on the t-bar gearshift.
There's not a lot on the internet about it surprisingly. A collection of photos are here http://vk.com/album-19833956_116878649. Nice rear lights though.

Re: Car Challenge?
He also designed the Reliant Scimitar and this little mini based kit apparently died in one.
