I know that Brahminism made its way into Thailand but I believe the Thai version is more like a form of Hinduism than the Brahminism that came between Vedism and Hinduism; meaning it has more to do with the gods of the Gita [Siva, Vsnu, Ganesha] than the gods of the Vedas [Agni, Rudra, Varuna, Mitra] (I apologize if this does not make sense). Are there any Brahmin priests in Hua Hin or who can be called to Hua Hin?
I can find so little information about them, and admit this has made me all the more interested.
I read somewhere that they do house blessings when a new house is built, but I do not know how accurate this is? Do they have any sort of presence in the area? If so what is it that they do? Do they have temples or training centers? Are there any books (in English) on the subject?
My questions are all for curiosities sake, mind you.

Once again, I thank you in advance!

As of mid August I am on vacation via traveling around the globe and I am not returning until the end of November (I have no Internet access until I return). Have fun!
