Go to Suky 2 Bar in Bintabaht (near Romantic Bar Richard mentioned) it is run by a young Dutchman called Sven or Steven (my gf calls him Seven......). He is a great guy, very friendly and affable. If you go, tell him Kevin from Stone Bar sent you.

As Mat already told you; visit http://nvthc.com/cms/ or send an email to their chairman: mar.vandermarel@gmail.com.
He will direct you in the right direction.

*translation*.

Since my arrival 7 weeks ago i have spoken to several Dutch people
When you go out in the Bintabath area you will see/meet them.
You will notice it when you hear them speaking.
Have fun

The LazyDaze bar in the centre has recently been taken over by a dutchman and he hopes to attract other Dutch people to the bar. It is the only bar in Hua Hin selling draught Heiniken.

If your Dutch then draft Heineken is a good point. Its not like the rubbish Heineken used to brew just for the English Market but a good quality continental beer (everyone in Europe knows about the rubbish that is brewed in England!).

Being a connoisseur of Heineken doesn't put you in a particularly good position to pass judgement on beers from England though!

Heineken is a lager not a beer.

We're drifting again .............. if you read the label on the bottle on their website, it states Lager Beer.

They're obviously hedging their bets.
