Is it possible to buy a motrobike having an ordinary tourist visa (and no ownership of a house yet)?

Yes you can. You just need to get the immigration to give you a letter to confirm where you are staying. Lots of people have done it.
I never forget a face but in your case I'll make an exception!

Can be done, you better have some time up your sleeve, as it took me several goes to get a car book in my name

Yup, piece of cake. Your best bet is to talk to one of the m/c dealers and ask exactly what they want.
