Art enthusiasts take note! Hua Hin Arts Festival kicks off today in Prachuap Khiri Khan province.
The first part of the three-day art event, which offers a number of fun activities including a jazz concert, traditional and folk performances, a choreography workshop, handicrafts demonstration, as well as a painting exhibition and painting classes, is being held at three venues: Moo Baan Silapin, Suan Sri and Patravadi Theatre's Vic Hua Hin.
The second part of the festival, scheduled from April 28 to May 7, will take place at Suan Luang Rajini, also in Prachuap Khiri Khan province.

I saw an outdoor concert going on yesterday in the parking lot of Vic Hua Hin... was wondering what that was all about.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
