Rules of the bar

Some time ago I put new rules on the wall of my bar. Now I wonder where everybody has gone.

Rules
No thieves, fakirs, rogues or tinkers.
No skulking loafers or flea bitten tramps.
No slap or tickle of the wenches.
No banging of the tankards on the tables.
No dogs allowed in the kitchen.
No cockfighting.
Flintlocks, cudgels, daggers and swords to be handed to the owner for safe keeping.

Why no cockfighting in the backyard? A cold beer and some chicken blood
at the end of a hard working day?
