It's the blue ointment that does that.

What has macclad04 got 100 points for just one game. I thought the maximum was 90.

Looks like a successful day 1 for many.

Has anybody noticed that our mini league has its own forum? Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and hit the HHAD forum tit.
I found the reference :D

Let me also again remind you, good folks, that there is also fantasy premierleague competition starting. This has been going on for the same time as IKTS competition and is this year run by Martin from Lazy Daze Bar. If you are interested, contact him at the bar or me by PM.

Bamboo Grove,
That league has a cost to enter (and prizes) but this year there is a new kid on the block, the AWOL-HHAD Challenge league, so if people want to join that as well for a bit of fun, here are the details (pasted from the thread we have just put up).
Just when you thought IKTS was testing your abilities, here comes the AWOL - HHAD Challenge League, our very own private fantasy league, and part of the official fantasy league of the Premier League. There is no cost to join or participate in the league, and all you have to do is go to http://fantasy.premierleague.com, and if you haven't already joined for either IKTS or the Fantasy League, go through the joining procedure and create your team and select a squad (if you have joined the IKTS league, then you will still have to create your team but won't need to sign up again). You can change who is in your squad as many times as you want before the season starts incidentally - those new to the fantasy league would do well to read through the rules/guides to help them. Once you have your team, click on the 'Create/Join leagues' link on the right hand side of your team, and enter the following code in the appropriate box under 'Join a private league';

268163-66733

Even though you will be part of this league, you will also be part of the bigger league as well, and that offers prizes for various things - click on the 'Prizes' link on the left hand 'Fantasy Menu' to find out more.

Finally, to make it easy for those playing both IKTS and Fantasy League, you can switch between the two games by hovering over the 'Games' link near the centre top of the page and then clicking on the game you want from the links that appear below and to the left.

The league table will be printed every Friday in AWOL, and no doubt there will be ongoing discussions in this thread as the season progresses, although there is also a forum on the Fantasy League site specifically for each league.

Any problems or questions about signing up or the rules, please post them here and we will do our best to help.

AWOL and HHAD look forward to seeing you here and there!

True, there´s a joining fee but if you win the manager of the month prize just once, you get your money back and a bit extra. It´s possible to join several mini-leagues so why not join these both?

That would be Vanuatu, I figure I've been in Thailand too long and fancied a change.

I've just been having a look to see if there are any changes to the rules/scoring this season. I don't know if this is a change (the bit in bold) but I wasn't aware of this
Banker Bonus
If you place your Banker correctly your Banker Bonus for the following week is credited with +5 points up to a maximum of +20. If you place your Banker incorrectly, your Banker Bonus is reset to zero for the following week. If you decide not to play your Banker your bonus will be protected but you will not score your bonus for that Gameweek.
That is the only possible change I can spot (as I say, it might have been in force last season but was not aware of it).

WL,
That rule looks familiar, so I think it was there last year. In fact I seem to remember someone once asking on the forum what happened if a player did that and the answer came to light then. The post is probably buried somewhere in the countless archive pages of IKTS.

Insurance - yes, renewed each week.

Banker - increases by 5 points each time you are right to a maximum of 20 points per week. Every time you get it wrong, your bonus score goes back to zero.

Insurance is always there, but the banker accumulates extra points to a maximum of 20. If you get your banker wrong, you lose double points on that score and you have to start accumulating those extra points again - I think thats about right?
