Hua Hin is excellent for kiting. There was an international display held here last year and may be repeated this year.

Phuket has not yet fully recovered fromthe Tsunami. Acommodation couldbe difficult during the high season.

A couple of Aussies and an Austrian, all of whom teach kiteboarding, came to HH earlier in the year for the first time.
One's been back on two further occasions since. He reckons the conditions are great.
There's also a kiteboarding club about a km down the beach and there always seem to be a good few people out there every day.
