Post by PSBG »

Many scams have been uncovered in Thailand.

Hua-hin, Pattaya, Chiang-Mai and Bangkok are most common target cities.

A Pattaya scam have already striked in Hua Hin. See http://www.pattayascam.com for details.

To avoid this scam ensure:
1. You can verify all the information provided
2. USe established business operators, e.g. Sunbelt Asia, Real-e-sate, etc.
3. Do not sign any contract with overseas companies without legal advice.

So where is your evidence of this scam being in operation in Hua Hin ?

I notice your email account is rather suspect also, not sure about the relevance of this post.

Thomson family of Englad\ng have paid 100,000.00bht for Hua-Hin "Reservation Fee".

All information in website is verifiable and relevant. So before you quickly "doubt" about it, make the small effect to verify whether this is false or not.

Further details can be obtained by requesting information to info@pattayascam.com

It is a community responsibility to ensure that not more people is cheated.

This is why I was asking, we have enough spammers and scammers of our own on this board - things need questioning.

What happened to the people that forked out 100K ?

Scam in Hua hin

Post by PSBG »

Lev, we can not be less agree with you in that. The last thing that you want in your Forum is a scam.

The English couple already paid the 100k for the "reservation area" concept that the scam charges.

In accordance with our information this couple is now in Thailand and we hope the scam has not made any progress with them. We have not received emails from them for 2 weeks.

The scam will find the way to make them to sign commitments and paymenst on his overseas accounts. He will use his webserver to fake email supposdely coming from Hong Kong. All the given names for the supposed Hong Kong Head Office are false.

The pattayascam website gives all this information.

The problem is that the Thai law is too slow and in spite that the Police has a crimical carge against him (also verifiable), he still operates and cheats people with the same lies that the Police is charging him with.
