Oned of the tricks that could help.Pick on the most senior female in the room and directly ask her opinion. Once that person had spoken it signaled that it was OK to voice an opinion and the more junior ones would speak
Same way if you give a lecture-- always set up the first question, ask a senior person to ask the first question
