Hua Hin is a sleepy little town. Very boring here (in a good way). Khao Takiab is a area just south of HH that is even more sleepy. they roll up the sidewalks at 10pm. On Fridays and Saturdays things are jumping all the way until 11:00pm. You need to get over here and rent for about six months to a year. look round. you will see that PERHAPS the idea of owning soon fades away. Also HH has limited supply of goods and everything costs more than Bangkok. the only real excitement is driving or crossing the street. :)

But that is why we do live here and love it. The only choices you have to make are beach/ bar/food or maybe shopping

Hi,

I got a job at Yamsaard Intl School, but must start property hunting.

Can't afford much at the moment, budget is 10000B per month.

I will only be in Hua Hin on Saturday morning, starting school on Monday.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
