For the record we have our own taxi service and we, the agent, take 10-15% of the cost and the driver gets the rest. It costs money to operate a website, make the calls, and collect payments online - what is left for us after that is paid is a tiny fraction per trip so it really isnt worth the hassle most of the time, especially when everyone is trying to undercut us on here.

I hope this clarifies things for you and others.
Lev, This is right. I have been made a lot of comments on transport cost, because I think it´s unfair that "agents" is taking half of the cost. What I´m sayig is true, this driver only got 1300, and not 85%, as you are stating. I can understand that you think it´s not worth the hassle to be an agent, so why not give it free, and let the members, who know some safe and reliable driver, pass this information on to others, who can benefit from this.

You did not read the post, it said we take 10-15% - NOT half - we agree, paying the drivers half is unacceptable. We need to cover our costs of operating this and many other websites so offering related services such as taxis, car rentals, house rentals, hotels, etc with quick, convenient, online reservations for small commissions helps us keep this free forum online for you all to share your cheaper alternatives.

Lev. I don´t want to continue this. I just want to conclude that we can "all share our cheaper alternatives", or is there something I misunderstand. Have a good evening, I will go to nightmarket now with my wife and have a nice dinner. Leo
