Looking for Rental

Post by RCer »

Due to medical needs, I need to find a place to live that meets these criteria:

1. 60 - 100km from BKK hospital in BKK. Anything closer I think will just be to crowded.

2. Single family is best vs condo because I have a cat that lives indoors (no I will not sneak the cat in).

3. Covered parking for car and possible future big bike.

4. As much ground as possible.

5. 2 or 3 bedroom.

6. Up to 25k rent fully furnished.

Nakom Pathom would be optimal. There's a race track and car museum there. But other areas are an option.

#1 on your criteria rules out Hua Hin.

RCer: Have you had a look on line at the Salaya area? Lots of gated estates and new builds as it's within shooting distance of Bangkok. It's about half-way between Nakhon Pathom and Bangkok. There's also the new Central Salaya department store and Villa Market (on the opposite side of the road) in that area.

(P.S. Glad your trip to our place got an unknown problem sorted.)

VS,

Thanks. The location of your place is perfect for us. No neighbors to speak of.
