Dog Neutering

Post by MajorBloodnok »

Hello,

does anyone know where to get a dog neutered.
Do you think a vet or the dog shelter might collect
the dog in view of the fact that I am handicapped.
Of course, I'll take the dog back.
How much is the castration likely to cost?
Thanks for any info!

Kind regards,

The mobile vet whose number I gave you by PM before will come to you and do it, but as I said before, you need to talk Thai, so maybe you need to get your landlord involved. Shouldn't cost more than 1000 Baht, probably cheaper.

'Snipping' my dog Snoopy in Hua Hin some five years back cost 1500 I think. The vet is a very well known guy in one of the sois leading towards the sea from petchkasem in the centre of town. I also had to sign something saying that if the dog died during the op... Shit happens. Something like under one percent of dogs die during the operation, but he has to let the owners know just in case.
