Couldn't think of anything funny but I'm sure it's a Jade vine (Strongylodon macrobotrys - I had to look that up).

The vine is called Strongylodon macrobotrys, commonly known as jade vine, or "puang yok" in Thai. It is a native of the Philippines
You might find it at the Chatuchak plant market on Wednesdays, but I have yet to find it, if you do please let me know as I would dearly love one as well

Yes. that's right - there were plenty more in bud, waiting to flower as well.
