Tin Tac Warning - railway road

Post by Big Boy »

It has been reported on social media that somebody has been spreading Tin Tacs along the railway road (Bon Kai area) today. A lot of cars with punctures. Please be careful if driving in that area.

Went there this afternoon, very efficient job,no waiting 300bht I thought that was a great price.

Decided to get the car washed up the lane at San Paulo Hospital again very happy with the result 140baht, inside and out. They spent some time polishing a mark of the bodywork without being asked and actually used a compressed air nozzle to dry out the grooves etc

Thanks once again for the advice.

A lady has been arrested yesterday. She admitted throwing nails on the road to provide business for her husband and son who run a tyre repair shop nearby... (Khaosot news-thai)

Reminds me of an experience back in the 90's. Had a flat and went to the local repair shop. Everything fixed and ready to go and did a walk around of my truck to assure all was good, and found a worker had set up two rather large screws which would have inserted themselves into the tires at first tire roll during departure. They actually had a look of anger on their faces that I had found them.

That resulted in me never going back to that place, and I'm sure this woman's action will result in her husband's business going out of business.....I hope. Pete
