EDIT: Maybe what I'm seeing are rentals instead of owners. If a European is more comfortable with that type of scooter perhaps the companies here are now offering them.

A new trend seems to be developing in that I see more and more of these over here on the eastern seaboard. Only with farangs though as an enquiry to Honda who sells them here indicated 150-99,000, 250-285,000 and 300-310,000. The model numbers seem to be the engine sizes, 150-250 and 300CC.
