Did you find the English language preschool you were looking for? I know of two: Bright Child on Soi 88, run by a British woman named Emma and another called Smart Kids on Soi 102, run by a Dutch woman (who speaks English like a native) called Joanna... Both of them run the schools in houses. I can provide you with both or either of their phone numbers... Let me know.

Our nursery is located on Soi 102, coming in from Petchkasem, go straight across the railway, keep going straight, up to a white building on the right side: Swiss Orchid place condo. Take the first small soi on the left past the condo, it is the 2nd house (pink with stainless steel gate) on the right hand side of the little soi.
