Hello there,
First off, I've not been playing much around the area for some time, so the info here may be a bit out of date, but should give you an idea of prices.
You're certainly coming to a good spot in Thailand for golf. There are a number of great courses in the area - namely, Milford, Royal HH, Palm Hills, Springfield, Majestic Creek, Lake View.
As a rule of thumb, I think green fees are around 1,200 mid-week. More at weekends. Caddie fees are @ 200 (most courses require you to hire one) and it is usual to tip the caddie 200 or so - that's up to you.
So, I would always reckon on about 2,000 a round, including refreshments around the course, a couple of beers at the 19th and transport.
For more detaied advice, try the Golf tours and Academy of Asia link on this forum, or go and see Bernie at Bernie's Inn. He's the captain on the golf society here in town.
Hope that helps.
