The course
Introduction to Buddhism and to Buddhist meditation
started out well. About 10 – 12 people join the class every Wednesday.

Due to our experiences of the previous three meetings we need to adjust the schedule slightly.
From Wednesday November 10, 2010 onwards we will start at 8.30 a.m. instead of 9.00a.m. and end at app. 11:30a.m.

It is still possible to join the course.

This is a great course--a wonderful relaxing, and educational setting giving you an opportunity to learn various meditation techniques as well as the theory behind them, learn the meaning of some of the traditional Buddhist chantings, and enjoy a weekly Q&A session with a senior level monk.....we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the course, and even the Thai Mrs. felt that she learned a lot and gained a lot from the experience.

If you're not sure if this is for you--try it. Even if it's not your cup of tea, you won't regret having gone for a session or two,
