Probably would have been had I seen them at a young age. As an adult they just seemed silly.

Yes, understandable. I saw the likes of Cannonball Run and Smokey and the Bandit in my early teens. Deliverance scared the cr@p out of me it has to be said.

As an aside, I've not seen the movie but reportedly a great performance from Bruce in "Boogie Nights".

As an aside, I've not seen the movie but reportedly a great performance from Bruce in "Boogie Nights".

I read that Reynolds hated that film. Don't know why.

Are we allowed asides without disturbing the topic at hand?
