Best Bars?

Post by Barfine »

I will be in Hua Hin in a couple of weeks and I was wondering who likes which bars the best and why? For example, which bars have the prettiest ladies or the friendliest or the best food, etc.

I know this site has a bar rating system, but I would like to know what people's opinions are.

Thanks

Hi

Barfine Everybodies tastes are different I would not just go to Bintabahn, lots of people say it the best, maybe three or four years ago when the town was a lot smaller.
If was going to choose I would stay out of the small bars the trend now is to offer more than just a worn bar stool, two plump birds and the Eagles on the stereo.
P@P is very friendly and you can always have a laugh with Porn
Coconuts was very good ,but since it changed hands is a little less friendly and not as welcoming.
Toro bar is big but lacks that you are a person feel more like you are an ATM.
U turn was better before (sorry Craig) but still up there.
Johnny walkers is good for expats music and pool.
The best neon low light bar is Octopussy with good music excellant pool and dare I say a little different from the rest.
The ship is a bar that is cosy with a good feel and can get a good crowd of people.
I'm sure not everybody will agree with me, the girls come and go but if you find one you like I'm sure this will be your favorite bar.
Happy hunting

Bars

Good summary there by Shadow, tend to agree, it all depends on what you're looking for. The bar rating guide will give you a general guide on the more popular bars and reasoning.

People drink in certain bars for different reasons, music, decent pool table, hangout for friends, fit cashier ... You just need to find out what you like. My personal faves are The Ship, London Lounge, The Rock, Flamingo and a few out of town places.
