I had a cracking Irish mixed grill in a bar around the corner from murphs.
Roast potatoes, boiled potatoes, fried potatoes, mash potatoes, sauted potatoes, and chips.

Ever been in murphs when Ireland are playing a Six Nations match or against a southern hemisphere country. If not put it in your dairy, its a BIG night. The welsh nights are pretty good too.

You will have to be quick to be sure and all:

Open daily from 11am to 1pm Tel 02-392-2897/8

Actually, the pub has been there for years, it is just a new name / franchise.

The Flann O'Briens brand is owned by a Thai company. They purchased O'Reileys in Silom as their flagship pub and now have 4 Irish Pubs operating in and around Bangkok. Their plan is to increase to 15 pubs in the next 12-18 months. Clearly they are targetting the European tourists and local ex pats. Their prices tend to be on the high side but probably as they are selecting prime locations in expensive districts
