A good night out in Bristol last night, and if this score-line is anything to go by, we have zip to worry about at "Twickers".....

There's only one team who can win the Grand Slam.

Not in the U20's 6N....... Anywho, a moot point - we'll just settle for the championship this time around :neener:

Something was bothering me this morning, so I changed my pick to Wales. So.....I'll either be kicking myself or have eternal trust in my instincts. We'll see! :D :( ? Pete

Certainly hope you're correct Pete... Wales have to look back some 46 years for back to back wins at "HQ" - though we'll do it this time!!

In all seriousness, the Welsh kids at all levels tend to be superior - I'm not sure what happens when they become men.

Dire, dire, dire.....

England looked good and not wanting to take anything away from them (as much as I would like to), Wales were... well atrocious for the best part of the match. We lacked any idea, any ambition, the penalty count was criminal and our defence (for once) was found very much wanting - Mr Edwards will be none too pleased! Not going to be a great welcome for the team when they arrive back in God's Country.

Man of the match and a big stand out for Satan's Squad goes to 21 year old Itojea great find, and obviously born and bred English :neener: . But seriously, a superb player and one that will be part of the English make-up for years to come - great to see ...... even for a Welshman.

On a poor note, England deserved one or two more yellow cards (how the hell - and Wales one (at least, but I'm biased). The professional play/fouling is getting ridiculous - Wales could well have (undeservedly) taken the game if ref'd in the strictness sense.

On the whole, very much hate to say it, but Beelzebub and his clan deserved the win...

Born in Camden (the Camden in London, not the one in Nigeria...) :neener:

Let's face it, England could and should have been 30 points up at half time. There was a temporary shift in momentum after Ford gifted Biggar his try. This was not one of Ford's better performances, and I was glad to see him substituted. God only knows what happened in the last 10 minutes, but it certainly had me sweating. Thankfully, Farrell had his kicking boots on, so we were always just a bit too far ahead!

Not a perfect performance by England, but pharvey is right, Wales were pretty awful for 70 minutes.

The Triple Crown and the Championship! I'll take it!
