An all too common story and I'm afraid we'll be reading the same things about Brazil in a few year's time. I would think Sochi as well but the story will probably never be published as facilities decay.
It's an event now, both summer and winter, that should be left to the first world countries with existing infrastructure and facilities. Perhaps not the true Olympic spirit, but economic reality and practicality. Pete
