Somewhat off topic, but I am in the process of flying to the UK on Etihad Airways (I'm currently in the Etihad lounge in Abu Dhabi) and was amazed that the flight had live games available, so I was able to watch Holland against Australia and Croatia against Cameroon at 35,000 feet - Both great games by the way!!

Any good sports bars not in Hilton area? Maybe closer to Thakiab beach?

The curfew continues , its a shame with the footie on , there must be a lot of bar owners losing a lot of money out there .

i have heard that the police are not being so strict on Thai bar areas though ..

Curfew is long since finished.

Bars still have to close at appropriate times, though.
