The former are usually made by Bayer (strips of 8 if I remember, around 20 baht per strip).
The low-dose ones are Aspilets (strips of 10 for about 15 baht) or Aspent 81mg (around 60 baht for a bottle of 60)
Last time I got some was at the chemist near Makro.
Don't forget to ask for As-BY-rin (Thai pronunciation) to prevent any puzzled looks.
