Property & Contents Insurance

Post by Winkie »

Can anyone recommend a good local company for insuring my condo and its contents?

How does local house insurance compare with UK? Is it worth having?

Thanks

Hey there,

I have purchased home insurance from the Hua Hin Observer for the past 3 or 4 years. It was very inexpensive and seemed complete. There has never been a claim against it so not sure how supportive they will be if shit happens.

I agree with Nomad, but the Observer group are brokers and they place the cover with a large company Aon ( I think) that should therefore be some comfort.
