Do any of the estate agents here advertise their properties for sale in China or Hong Kong?

Interesting, I can certainly see that the economy of scale would make that worthwhile and to charge owners a periodic fee to operate it, thereby making the business appear to be an operating entity. It seems to me that some owners who operate a limited company structure are increasingly at the mercy of the local authorities, who if they deem them to be shell companies, stand to have them called into question.

I, too, am interested in this, with the influx of Chinese buyers in Bangkok it would seem an enterprising agent would advertise there.
The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.
