Town house Bon Kai

Hi im comeing to Hua Hin soon have been offerd a furnished town house in Bon Kai soi 88 for 12000 1 month.
is this a good deal and what is the area like, any problems with flooding etc,

Probably a touch expensive, but for less than 6pounds per night, its not worth the hassle of complaining.
