Such as, TTM?
If you look at what is already been going on in Pattaya you would understand.
We met a guy who was responsable for setting up the new computer systems for the Revenue Dept in Prachup, this system is being linked to Land Registry and Tessa Bahn.
What i can say is that there is a feeling within the Thai departments that there are too many farangs making too much money and not paying enough taxes.
I really dont want to expand on the situation at present but what i will say is if i am wrong, Great.
But dont hold your breath,
Mike.

I wonder wether the authorities taking a close look at foreign owned businesss, in particular real estate agents, may have been spured by the fact that Hua-Hin is now full of 1.3 million baht suvs being driven by farangh with the name of a real estate agency in large letters emblazoned upon them. Personally I think that the business gained from this is far outweighed by the unpopularity of faranghs sporting their wealth in front of the nationals, especially when driven badly. The best advice I received when coming to Hua-Hin is to keep yourself to yourself. By all means operate a business within the terms of the law but please do not flaunt your money in front of the local people.
I already asked and make my decision to pay little bit more to have a good sleep and thats gives me probably a good nightlife too.... because I dont like to worry about it.
All countries has theirs regulations- good or bad but here its really good so welcome to Thailand all of you company-owners and good luck.

Its not business people, that have set up a company, that pay some tax, (everyone avoids tax, even Thais!).
I think its the frustration of a legit businessman, Thai or Farang, getting upset when he sees “retired farangsâ€

Already in Phuket
Have a look at the action in the Diving business in Phuket. That industry employs about 75% Farang and is 90% Frang owned...Well, they are after the industly, big time.........Just think of how fast the BIB would be on the bars if we fancied fat "Falang Kawai" rather thatn the local stock for prancing maidens and serving wenches....
