Him Nam Sai Suay Hotel

Post by Heebio »

Hello everyone,

The website for this hotel claims it's "brand new", although I've passed the front door many a time and didn't even realise it was a hotel - it does look very nice though, if a little out of the main drag.

Has anyone stayed here or heard any reports?

Any information would be appreciated.....cheers.

Its not new although they may have renovated it recently. Its more of a condo block, a lot of students from Websters/Stamford stay there, rooms are nice. No idea what the nightly cost is as most people staying there are long termers.

Cheers mate.

May try it to get out of Bintabaht for a few days when I'm over next - not gonna seem the greatest idea what I fall out of Sleazy at 5.30am like.

Cheers.

A friend of mine rented a studio there a couple of years ago. I think it was 6,000 baht/month for the winter season. There's a swimming pool there, it's close to the sea and fairly quiet. So except for being a bit out of your way, it's quite reasonable. However, you should have a car or motorbike to make it easier for you to go to the down town.

Thanks for that Bamboo - I've checked a few sites but looks like they no longer offer monthly rates. 1500 baht a night seems to be the going rate and seems pretty reasonable for what they offer - like you say, I'll need transport.

If I do stay there I'll post a review in due course.

I just checked and they won't rent more to long termers now but it was 9,000 a month from the front desk. It's about 500m(is there a beach there) from the water but i don't know what beach is like there, if it'sjust rocks or what. It's a few km north of town too far to walk.
It has a nice looking pool which is the good thing about there.

Easy for me, that sounds really reasonable - is that rate available now and if so how can I make a reservation? I've not seen any monthly rates online.

Swimming Pool at Hua Hin Nam Sai Suay

Post by ricardo »

Does anyone know if you can pay a monthly or daily charge to use swimming pool facilities at this hotel / condo.

I've just a bought a house near by and would like to use the facilities instead of having to go into town.

I'm overseas at the moment so can't check myself. :?
