"First thing I did was buy a light van. I get the girls working for me to ride in the front seat while we send the van around the streets of entertainment districts. A sign on the side of the van identifies us as being an escort service and also lists the name of our company and its phone number," the originator of the yatai-kei service, identified only as Mr. A, tells Shukan Taishu. "The girl puts her head out of the window and carries on with guys walking around on the streets. She yells out her name and whatever else she thinks will attract attention. If the guy likes what he sees, he can give us a call. We'll get in touch with the girl in the van and she can get out and do whatever she likes."
