I noticed a thread on another forum board recently that stated that restaurants had to observe the "new" alcohol serving times - none between 2-5pm.
Apparantly, this is being enforced in certain areas of bangkok.
Anyone experienced this in HH?
The only place I have experienced it was in the Hot Pot place in Big C, but then it is part of Big C. How can they enforce such a law, would it apply to hotels also, I'm sure the little local noodle places arn't gonna close their fridges when uncle Sompong wants a Chang on saturday afternoon.
