A couple of years ago we set up online payment of our electric bill on the PEA website:
https://epay.pea.co.th/epay/
This worked fine for a long time, but a few months ago we started getting an HTTP 500 error message:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.NullPointerException
I've looked around and don't find other people with a similar problem.
Just wondering; any of you still able to pay your PEA bill online?

Re: PEA Online Payment (Electric Bill)
I pay mine monthly by way of direct-debit so it comes off my account automatically. I set this up at PEA - top-floor Market Village. Perhaps this is a better way for you..?

Re: PEA Online Payment (Electric Bill)
My wife had been trying to call PEA, now and then, for several months. She finally got through today, a Sunday. She learned that payment via the website is no longer supported. No hint of that on the website; you just get the error page. Great job, PEA.
On the other hand, they have a mobile app: PEA Smart Plus. The iOS version is only available in the Thai store.
With the mobile app you can pay using plastic (Visa or MasterCard) or via Prompt Pay. We paid this month's bill via Prompt Pay which was fast, easy and free.

Same with me and it works very well - so GO DIRECT and stop the hassle.Ginjaninja wrote: ↑Sun Apr 22, 2018 11:14 am I pay mine monthly by way of direct-debit so it comes off my account automatically. I set this up at PEA - top-floor Market Village. Perhaps this is a better way for you..?
