Chromebooks in Hua Hin?

does anyone know if chromebooks have reached hua hin? I heard that true in bangkok has them and true here hasn't heard of them.

That is good I asked in HH a few months ago and was told repeatedly--Chromebook no good. No good for them as the profit is smaller.
