Are you talking about Internet rather than the Expat TV package?

Assuming you are talking about Internet, I thought all the providers give you the option of paying monthly, but offer a discount for annual subscription in advance!!

You might have problems with packet loss on the cheaper package with 3bb,i had a lot of drop out and buffering when i live streamed on the 590 plan.I am now on the 990bht plan and it is much better, not perfect, but can watch most shows now with little problems.Im on the yearly plan and received an 8% discount, suits me i will keep it for a year at least

The cheap 3bb package is no longer a problem with the new Expat TV software. Programmes build a buffer as they come down. I've just been away for a couple of days, and it worked perfectly well on 1Mb download speeds.

Any prospect of getting other-than-UK programming in the foreseeable future? In particular, I'd like USA coverage.

Sorry, but I have problems with the new set-up.

When I choose BBC1 and I get the line-up of days of the week on top
and click on the day I want - NOTHING happens!

I'm sure they must have a support line, or at least an email address you can use to ask for advice.
This is the way
