"Ignore" a poster
"Ignore" a poster
Hi,
Is there a facility to mark a poster "ignore all posts", and not have them displayed, as on the other Thai forum.
There is a very recent new poster who is a moron, and has nothing sensible to contribute, and it would be nice to not see his gibberings.
Thanks.

Control Panel - Friends & Foes

Go to your account, "User Control Panel", "Friends & Foes", "manage Foes" - Foes will be ignored.

Thanks. I saw the "Foes" option but did not know what is was for.
Arrange a "termination" maybe?

This works for me - I’ve changed it a little to fit your circumstances; Close your eyes, tap your heels together three times and think to yourself, there's no place like home! I scanned this and thought that I fit the bill perfectly, but fortunately re-read it and the underlined part counts me out...*phew*Felipesed wrote:

Re: "Ignore" a poster
Mods... I would like to know how many people have put me on their 'ignore' list. Surely it's within my rights to know such information?
If you could also add a photo of them, home address, passport number, blood type and telephone number that would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Re: "Ignore" a poster
I tried the ignore function for a while but found that it didn't really work well because even though the original post(er) is ignored, posts that I wanted to ignore were almost always repeated by others in a quoted text so I ended up reading (GLC's ) posts anyway!
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
