Just a thought
I see a lot of people looking for services, laundry, plumbing, etc and they get referred to old threads.
I'm not one who gets bothered by threads I'm not interested in, I just mark them as read, but I know they tend to get repetitive and clutter up.
Maybe a services topic sticky? Would it help/hinder advertising?

A lot of them are already listed on the Hua Hin Business Directory - http://www.hhbd.net/
However if there is enough demand and it doesn't get polluted with freeloaders then yes, it may not be a bad idea.
