I got this message when trying to log in to HHAD today.

Looks like this site is getting very popular, if the figure below is correct.

I got it too, about an hour and a half ago. I understand the error but it's odd that the 'Most users ever online' number didn't change to a higher figure.

Well, I suppose there are worse problems a forum can have than having too many people trying to get on to it.

I'm not sure that those figures indicate the number of people trying to get online; I think they might be error codes.

We apologise for the outage yesterday - our hosting company is somewhat unreliable. The error happens when too many users are simultaneously connecting to the database, HHAD effectively gets overloaded.

I crashed at about 1630 yesterday as well. Response time is starting to slow for me again now at 1545. Let's see what happens today and if it's turning into a regular, timed event? Pete

Further....I really got hung up several times between 1700-1730. It never did jump to the "error" page, but sat with 'loading' spinning for a good 2-3 minutes before things would go through. It seems the jam has passed and things much faster now at 1800. Pete
