Manfred Werner is my father, he was last heard of in August 2013 and has spent a lot of time in Petchaburi (6 months every year since 2007). His partner / girlfriend's family own a restaurant and he used to mix drinks in the beach bar. We are very concerned about his whereabouts, if you know anything about him, or know what happened to him, or where he currently is PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I would be extremely grateful.
