The Royal Irrigation Department has announced an increase in water discharge through the Chao Phraya Dam on October 25, starting from 00:00 hrs, from 1,600 cubic meters per second to 1,650 cubic meters per second.

This follows after residents living north of the Chao Phraya Dam, including those in Chainat Municipality, were affected by continuously rising water levels, which have already flooded more than 100 households. In some houses, the water reaches waist to chest level, forcing residents to use boats to access their homes.
The Department has also issued flood warnings for the Chao Phraya Basin to governors of 11 provinces: Uthai Thani, Chainat, Singburi, Ang Thong, Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Lopburi, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, and Bangkok. They are advised to prepare for flooding, as additional water masses from Uthai Thani and Nakhon Sawan provinces are expected to arrive on October 26.

If that's tidal flooding, I'm assuming that's salt water. That will not be doing the car bodywork a lot of good.
