I searched online and found reference to a proposed law which hasn't been passed, but this morning looking on facebook there was mention of it being passed and starting on 1st January 2015. Although the speed of the road upgrades is slow they certainly seem to be trying to sort out the roads. They've recently closed the road from 112 to 102, closed to the lake/ditch about half way to 102.
