Re: Cheese

The restaurant "All in Hua Hin" has a bigger cheese selection and they can also slice up some for you to use at home.
Also in Makro you can find a reasonable selection.

Villa market also has a lot to offer but the price range is a bit higher.

Small sign

I need a small sign saying "My Company Name Co. Ltd.".
I have to put it up, but I don't really care about people seeing it, so it can be small.

I was thinking about something like we hang next to a doorbell back home, but no idea where to get that here in Hua Hin.

Any clues?

Re: Buying and shipping to Thailand from Amazon.com

I have ordered several things from Amazon on many occasions. A few times they charged me for Thai tax even before shipping, but also refunded that amount when it has not been charged during shipping. Overall my experience is good, thought much faster if you have things delivered in Bangkok, what is ...

Re: [ADVERTORIAL] The Dutchman Hua Hin Bar & Restaurant

From Tuesday the 31th of July you will be given our new menu when visiting our bar & restaurant. We have added some things to the menu that were great successes when served as a daily special, so you can have a wider variety of food. As we have more and more people coming for lunch or brunch. We...

Re: Breathalyser & Blood - fair test?

Funny story to add to this topic maybe: I was driving in Bangkok with a friend who had some beers. We noticed an police stop on the way and he quickly ate some mints. After stopping he was asked to blow into the breathalyzer and he did several times for not more than 2 seconds and very softly, much ...

Re: [ADVERTORIAL] The Dutchman Hua Hin Bar & Restaurant

The content is of course correct. The food coming out doesn't have to be the cause, but will be one of the last things eaten. I have read the article just posted by pleng and it can be anything eaten within the last 5 days, in that case content of 5 days ago will of course never come out. There is a...

Football for children

I noticed some new football field have risen in Hua Hin. For a while now I have been looking for a sport like football or tennis (played tennis when I was a child myself) where my now 11 year old son can go to training and ideally play some sort of weekly competition. Does anyone know if this is a p...

I didn't even know that Pleng, but that proves my point! Thank you!

Re: [ADVERTORIAL] The Dutchman Hua Hin Bar & Restaurant

Very strange! The Fish is not stored long, so always fresh. That is actually our policy for almost every product. Most products we stock up for maximum two days, to keep products as fresh as possible. I was in the restaurant a few times briefly that day, as I had a few opening parties to make appear...

Merchandising: Lighters and Tupperware with our logo.

Hello all, Sorry to bother you with my silly questions, but I would like to have some stuff branded with the logo of our restaurant. First of all, I would like to have lighters with our logo, website and telephone number. Unfortunately in Hua Hin I have no clue where to go for this. I have seen lots...

Re: [ADVERTORIAL] The Dutchman Hua Hin Bar & Restaurant

Hello Blue05, It is a tomato cream soup, that's probably why you tasted the tomato's less then a normal tomato soup. Maybe we will put a normal tomato soup on the menu soon. Will check the whiskey sauce myself tomorrow, they make it fresh every time and normally it is the proper thickness. Was check...
