I used to fall out of that pub regularly years ago.

There's a Phuket bound bus that leaves the bus terminal at 8am. That will drop you off in Ranong in time to do the necessary.
Busses back leave Ranong quite frequently and will get you back to HH @ 1am the next day.

Why does this seem to get more and more difficult as time goes by? I've just done my predictions and don't feel confident about any of them.

This scenario seems to raise its head every year. I believe that most of the businesses are squatting, so there's probably some legal method to get rid of them.
