Go to MBK in Bangkok, I think 3rd or 4th floor. Thousands (literally) are there for very good prices.

If you have a new computer with USB3 ports, get a USB3 drive and it will copy so fast you cannot believe it. I move about 4TB every month this way to make a backup of my media library!!!

I have learned that it is not the provider, but where you are located. If you happen to be in a development with many 3BB users, the performance will suffer. If you happen to be at the far edge of their network from the closes POP, performance will suffer. You kind of need to try different ones till...
