Have had a few feeds there, great reccomendation. Also theres a restaurant on the corner next to Hua Hin Glass (Same Soi as the Observer/Copy House) that does a great Spaghetti Bolognaise for 40 baht.

There are no cha-am message boards as far as I'm aware of. Its a lot quieter than Hua Hin and tends to attract more Thai's especially at weekends. The beach is pretty good and there are plenty of restaurants. I guess if you have your gf then you wont be after nightlife which is good as there isnt mu...

Govt busses were full so we took the bullshit tourist route; a 'v.i.p.' bus to Surat, 3 hour wait then 3 hour 'express' boat journey for 60...
