Hi, we are looking for a house in hua hin with a budget of around 25k 2 people and 1 dog. Preferably with pool and garden.
We are in hua hin now and ready to move.

It is not easy keeping a place rented in HH. But renters, they are out there, after years of setting vacant. I was finally able to get one, so far akeeper, so at least one of my places rented again. Still quite a few last night, but less than the previous night. Just be careful if swimming please. Why anyone would want to swim in that sewage water I will never know :roll: Have you tested the water? Or is it another "it's brown so it must be sewage". You know because of the swell/tide...

Is post/delivery good in Thailand? I only ask because I use ebay quite a lot for electrical goods, clothes etc. and would like stuff delivered to my new home in HH in January.

Went to Hat Sai Noi recently and fell in love with it. Just got to check it out at high season but I can't see it getting crowded as it's a little and out of the way.
