Re: Phraya Nakhon Cave
BB, is there another route to the Phraya Nakhon Cave, via a boat ride and shorter walk? We are bringing my wifes family over with us in september and they are hoping to visit this cave. However, her mother will be 70 and I think the walk you did may be too much for her. Thanks T2 Having suffered/en...

Seriously, if you're looking for cheap at that distance, there are always motorbike taxis (if you can still sit upright). Else it's a Tuk Tuk.

Obviously people do get together, but there is rarely anything formal organised by the forum. I can only remember 3 forum get togethers in the last 2 years.

Re: WHEEL CHAIR -where can we hire one?
Market Village cetainly have wheel Chairs that you can borrow from the information desk.
There is also a shop on the right hand side of Market Village that has disability aids. I'm not sure if they have wheelchairs, but worth asking.

1 Dress warmly, the a/c. Is set at arctic levels. I wore a long sleeved t shirt with a long sleeve shirt over it with long pants and was fine. I note in the hi-so seats they supply blankets. Yes, I have mentioned the temperature several times. Some showings are colder than others, but it is advisab...

You can get details of that cruise on their website http://huahincruises.com/river/ecoriver-cruise.php . I would suggest using their contact sheet on their website to discuss with them. If you talk, they may be able to tailor the day more precisely to your needs. As I said, I'm not a bird watcher, b...

Re: The Digital Surgery
I have another weird problem. Whenever I start windows just as it is in the final stages of loading all the startup stuff, an error box pops up on the screen along with the noise from windows when it pops up such boxes, but the box appears for a split second then disappears so fast it's impossible ...

Yes, obviously you have to be aware of the monkeys, and take precautions accordingly. They will grab at things they think they can take. My wife has a walking stick, which she finds to be a suitable deterrent.
I find that if you don't put temptation in their way, they won't bother you.
